Issue solved by DC. But dont know why this happen(I will update why this happend on getting report from DC)

Downtime total : approx 5 hours

Reason for Issue: from Server provider
The applications that you have installed seems to have disabled your network interfaces that's why it was inaccessible. Once we've enabled the interfaces it worked just fine. Thanks

Note : Please be careful on installing softwares. If it affects the Network Drive the whole thing will be down after restart and end on rebooting
